A vehicle can be described as a history if it has been manufactured 30 years ago (it came out of production). It may be the benefits provided by the State in accordance with the relevant Ministerial Decisions (CSS) of the Ministry of Infrastructure/Transport and Finance. A historic vehicle must meet the conditions referred to in Annex K of the Federation International de l ‘Automobile regulations.
